Antique Royal Doulton Burslem Biscuit Barrel, beautifully detailed with floral motif and Gold gild dusting over dusty pink.  It has a crack dow on side - see photos. The coronet was probably added to the earlier mark c.1886 to mark the appointment of Henry Doulton as 'Potter to H.R.H. The Prince of Wales' (later King Edward VI 1), ENGLAND was added underneath after 1891.
