Where are you based? 
We are based in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty. All items are dispatched from Central Tauranga. 
 
How often to do you dispatch goods?

Once we receive an order and full payment, we schedule dispatches on the following days, however, we do try to dispatch items as soon as we can.

  • Tuesday
  • Thursday 
My item hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?
If we've sent you a tracking link, please click the link to check with the carrier. If you haven't received a tracking link from us, or are concerned that your item should have arrived and hasn't, please email hello@secondhandavenue.co.nz with your order number and we'll investigate further. 
Are you a licensed second hand dealer? 
Yes, Margaret Engelander is a licensed second hand dealer.
