Antique Kukri Knife with Karda & Chakmak Knives in Ornate Velvet Sheath (9713)
A Kukri Knife with the traditional Karda and Chakmak. The Karda and Chakmak are used as a utility knife and a sharpening tool respectively.
The Kukri has an ornate wooden handle and the word 'INDIA' with an elegant embossed pattern along its front side. It is highly polished metal, which has some degrading on its reverse side.
The other two smaller knives have rust on their blades.
The red velvet sheath is beautifully embroidered with gold threads and sequins and 34 pearls. It has a chain for hanging from a belt.
The Kukri Knive measures 400mm, tip to tip. The Karda measures 95mm and the Chakmak 95mm.
