c.1880 Hard Bridge 'Pince-Nez' Glasses (8454)
In excellent condition for their age. We date these to around 1880-1900 - made by (then) Wellington Opticians, Messrs Littlejohn & Son.
They have the words: Patent EVLUC on either side of the nose bridge pieces. They have a small loop on the left-hand-side where the glasses would have been attached with a piece of ribbon, cord or chain, to the wearer's clothing.
These come in their original little case.
They measure approximately 10cm x 3cm.
