Exquisite antique butter dish, made and hand painted between the late 1800s and early 1900s. Beautifully decorated with delicate hand-painted floral motifs, finished with a sky-blue edge on both levels and a lustreware glazed top. Hand painted and finished with Lustreware. Great aged condition with no repairs, cracks or chips. It does have lots of fine crazing and some discolouration under the glaze due to its age (see photos).

Measures Tray 148mm L x 117mm W - Lid 105mm L x 83mm W x 70mm H with handle.
