If you're collecting items you've purchased, to avoid disappointment, please reach out to arrange a time to pick up your item as we don't always have people on site at our collection warehouse.
Once we receive an order and the full payment, we despatch between Monday and Friday. We have an automated system that sends a tracking link, if you haven't received a tracking link from us, within 4 days of the order, please check your junk mail then email us on hello@secondhandavenue.co.nz
We have an automated system that sends you a tracking link for your parcel. If you are concerned that your item should have arrived or has been delivered and you do not have it, please click the link to track your parcel. You can contact the Courier with the details provided in the email. If you have no luck with the Courier, email us with the details and we will look into it for you. Our collection warehouse is normally open Monday to Friday – 9am to 4pm or by appointment.
If you've purchased an item and indicated you'll be collecting it, you will have received an email with instructions included. Our collection hours are usually between 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday, but please contact us first by phone or text first to confirm we are available. We do offer after hours collection, but is dependent on staff availability.
We don't deliver large items ourselves, however, there are a number of smaller contractors who will assist you with delivery if required. Please contact us for options as we happy to help facilitate delivery. For out of town deliveries the best option is to obtain a quote through www.wisemove.co.nz
We are based in Tauranga and work within the wider Bay of Plenty region.
