We are aware of the sensitivity and circumstances that most house clearances are carried out under. Secondhand Avenue, in conjunction with Over & Above Moving, offer an empathetic service, with the utmost discretion.

We can work with your solicitor, neighbour or real estate agent directly. We can pick up and return keys if you are unable to be at the property due to other commitments or you're based out of town.

When faced with a house full of items and hundreds of decisions to make, we have a close, well organised team on hand. From packing and sorting to staging the house ready for an open home, let us take the inconvenience out of the situation for you. Leaving you free and available to focus on other obligations.

We pack and sell salvageable items and discard damaged goods and rubbish in an ethical manner. 

We can also provide a two-stage service; declutter, clean and stage the home prior to sale and then remove furniture or remaining items after the home has been sold.
